THE ROGUES GALLERY
In 2012, I was privileged to work within a team of creatives on a project titled 'The Rogues Gallery - Creation of a Super-Villain’.
Our aim was to re-imagine villains from the DC Universe and use our collaborative skill-sets to bring these to life.
I was assigned the task of creating mood boards and concept art for the characters.
Taking inspiration from previous incarnations, my goal was to take the characters in a different visual direction, whilst still remaining faithful to their origins.

The team spent 3 days at Waterloo studios, where we worked together to bring these concepts to life. A group of models/actors endured hours of hair & makeup before being costumed, filmed and photographed.
Taking reference from the photography captured over these 3 days, I set out to create a final set of illustrations showing the characters in their environments.
